Exchanging emails between two FogBugz servers

My FogBugz just received support email sent from another FogBugz server. This email already had "(case 123)" in Subject, which caused that my FogBugz to reactivate one very old case in my repository :-)

When I replied, Subject header of my email contained title of my old case, and not original subject from support email :-( I.e. instead of "Subject: Re: (case 123) support needed", it was "Subject: Re: (case 123) title of my case 123".

I am not sure how to tell my FogBugz server to ignore 'case xxx' references to old cases, but I think that reply mail should contain Subject: header from original email, and not built from title of my case.

Thank you.

In FogBugz 7, under Admin->Site->Mail tab, you should add a case prefix to your servers.  Then cases will go out as Case FC123, and only cases coming in looking like that will be appended to cases.
