FogBugz 7 MySQL: Importing data from On Demand or trial

I installed FogBugz and created a test database to ensure that everything was working fine with MySQL.  However, I then attempted to import my database from the On Demand trial following the instructions here:

I received tons of errors from MySQL during the following step:
mysql> source /path/to/trial.sql.dat

Of course, I changed the path to be the actual path to my saved MySQL instance that I got from the trial.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Here is some configuration info for this machine:

Windows XP SP3
mysql  Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.37, for Win32 (ia32)
FogBugz version 7.0.29

Here is a sample of some of the errors I received, the full log is too long:

ERROR 1064 (42000): You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '
) ENGINE = MyISAM' at line 13

ERROR 1071 (42000): Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes

ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table 'fogbugz.fblock' doesn't exist

ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table 'fogbugz.setting' doesn't exist

This might be a bug in the export script. I'm contacting you separately.
