Inconsistent Search Results

Hi,

We're seeing some very inconsistent results from our searches.  We're on version 6.0.31; and a search for something simple like, 'Green Checkmark' for which there could be dozens of cases, returns no results.  Could you explain how the search mechanism is supposed to work?  Is it a full-text search through the case title and all case events?  We realize that our version of FogBugz is a little behind, and we're planning on upgrading soon, but is there anything we can do in the meantime?

Check your search index (Settings > Site > Search) and make sure that the FogBugz Maintenance Service is running.  If your search index is less than 100%, the maint service might not have been running. If it is 100%, try resetting it to rebuild the index.
