Leaving NAV Email Scanning On

I've read an earlier post about the necessity of turning off NAV's script blocking and email scanning when installing FogBugz. However I plan to install FogBugz on my main development machine with myself as the sole user, and will not be using the email feature. I don't mind turning off script blocking, but I'd be nervous about turning off email scanning on my main box. If I'm not sending email to FogBugz, is it still necessary to turn email scanning off?

It could be blocking outgoing email notifications, but if you are the only user you shouldn't have any of those.

Its up to you, but if you see FogBugz hanging, that's what the problem is.
