Change Email Reply Template for New Cases Created via the Web

Is there any way to change the standard text sent to a user that enters a new case via the web interface?  Presently, it reads:

Subject: (Case 523) Test

Your inquiry has been received and can be tracked at the following URL: http://blah/fogbugz/default.asp?523_BLAH

I cannot find anywhere to change that text.
