Spam filter has stopped filtering...

Starting last week, more and more spam has been getting by the filter at Now it's a flood. Is there a way to reset the spam filter, turn it up?

Hi Bob,

There isn't any real way of "turning it up", it's just a matter of training it by setting the areas of cases to either SPAM or something else (e.g. Not SPAM) etc.

You might consider bringing your FogBugz version up to date, there have been some improvements since 4.0.15 that might help, including some diagnostic stuff. I don't know whether any changes since 4.0.15 improved SPAM handling directly though.
