I'm setting up my first mailbox, and I think I'm missing something about the way ticketurl should work.
When I experiment and look at that page, it is conspicuously empty. It has a unnecessary link to itself, the name of the case and its status (open/closed), two blue bars which look like they should contain something between them, the mailbox address, and a list of other cases submitted by email.
No useful information is displayed there. If I edit the case, assign it to someone, change its name, give it a deadline, target it for a release, or resolve it, none of that is displayed on the ticketurl page. Other than the status, I can't find any field or mechanism which does display on the page.
Obviously, I'm overlooking something. How do I get useful content to appear on the ticketurl page?
Only emails that you sent in on that ticket, or emails sent out to you are displayed on that page. Internal private comments for other FogBugz users are not shown on the public ticketurl page.
If the user needs to see that information then they would have to have an account in FogBugz.
