Problems sending emails for cases with international characters.

Hello,

I describe the problem:

I submit a new case in FogBugz using the web interface and its title has international characters

Then I send an email for this case.

The email sent then mixes up the characters of the title both in the e-mail box in FogBugz and in the e-mail sent.

Example:
Case 811: Testing character set: Ánimo ÑÑÑ ÑÑÑ Áéíóú.

In the e-mail: Subject: (Case 811) Testing character set: =?UTF-8?Q?=C3=81nimo =C3=91=C3=91=C3=91 =C3=91=C3=91=C3=91 =C3=81=C3=A9=C3=AD=C3=B3=

Is this a bug or a missconfiguration of the FogBugz server?

Thanks in advance.

I can't tell which characters are mixed up?  It looks correct to me... the subject is quoted-printable and utf8 encoded and all mail clients will read this correctly.  That is why it appears as =C1=A2
