You can make this change in Acccessories/fogbugz.conf probably, or if not, definitely in your httpd.conf file.  It's an apache setting.

I've been looking and I can't find it. In httpd.conf, there's an include to:

Include "/fullpath/fogbugz/Accessories/fogbugz.conf"

and no other reference (which is not located in the public_html.

And in fogbugz.conf, the only directive I see is:

Directory "/fullpath/fogbugz/Website", which is the directory where all the FogBugz PHP files are located.

In fogbugz.conf it says

Alias /fogbugz "pathtofogbugz"

if you change the first fogbugz there to foo, and restart apache then fogbugz will be at
http://site/foo

You're right. I missed the alias. I'll try it out.

Thanks.
