Force Logoff?

Any configuration that can be set to force users to log off whenever they close their browser?

Or view currently logged on users & force inactive users to log off from an administrative location?

"...License check failed: You have licenses for 21 named users.  There are currently 22 named users active."

Thanks

This doesn't actually count logged on users.  It counts the number of "active" users on the Users screen.  Just click the Users link in the top right and deactivate one of those users.

It looks to me that you're misunderstanding 'active' in this context.  The licensing restriction is not how many people are 'logged-in' - a tenuous concept in a web-application anyway - but how many user names are 'enabled' at any one time.

If you need 22 different people to be able to log in, *even if not simultaneously*, then you need to have 22 licences.
