Opening FogBugz page in frame

Our support needs sometimes to copy information from FogBugz page to our database. We have create a useful web page divided in two frames: first for fields to be filled with data from FoxBugz, and second frame for FoxBugz page where the information should be copied from. The problem is: even if one is logged on to FogBugz, the page shown in frame requres logon. It is really not convinient, because we want to simplify process as possible.

We have found a work around: we open FogBugz page with external link (http://website/?[case#]_[random_word]) which is not supposed to require authorization.

Even with external link we found a problem - it only works in frame if we have already answered to customer. If a given case was not answered yet, external link in frame shows just case number, subject, but not the body. The strange thing is that if one opens the same url in separate window the question body is shown.

So my questions are:

1) Is it possible for FogBugz not to requre authorization when page is shown in frame?
2) If not, how to resolve the problem with external link not showing message body when in frame?

Thank you in advance,
Victor

This is probably because you have your frame source page on a different web server or website than FogBugz.

Put the main page that includes the fogbugz page into the FogBugz\website directory and then it won't require you to logon if you are already logged on.
