Releases - Dates

The standard date format is supposed to be mm/dd/yyyy. In most cases dates are recorded in that format however on occasions the date is recorded as dd/mm/yyyy and it is not possible to change it.

I have a case in point. I have release 'Cycle 3' showing as 11/1/2006 on the edit project page. On the edit release page it shows as 1/11/2006. If I open the calendar it shows 11th January 2006 which is correct (on this occasion). But, if I press OK to return to the project page the date still shows as 11/1/2006.
