Feature Request:Show case content in reverse chronological order

Currently when you open a case, the top of the page shows the oldest (i.e. original) information and then as you move down the page the edits/emails/etc move forward in time.

Usually when opening a case I want to see the last change or two that have been made to the case.

It would be useful if there were an option (on a per user basis maybe) to allow the contents of cases to be displayed in reverse chronological order so that the last change is at the top of the page, just after the title, status, assigned to, etc.

We'd like this, too.  Preferably (for us) have a button in the case header to reverse the sort if one wants to read it the other way on a whim, where a click sets a persistent variable (in the same way that changing a filter will persist the settings to subsequent page views).

Go AJAX, go! This on-the-fly reversing should be done on the client per DOM scripting. No server round trip for you!

I need this as well.  Another good feature request.
