When I use email forwarding from with in FogBugz, only the current email is forwarded, not the whole case history.
I understand this would be fine when I'm sending email in our office because the case link is available, and the recipient can view the case history in a browser.
However, we don't allow access to our FogBugz server outside the office's LAN. On occasion, I have to deal with vendors and their mediocre software. I would like to have the ability to forward the whole case history. Is this possible?
My current workaround is to print the case history to PDF, and then attach it to the email going to the vendor.
