We are looking at Fogbugz as a possible solution for co-ordinating our support work. I have an online trial account, but this doesn't allow me to check the following:
-If a user files a bug, can he then update the priority and/or description later on, without requiring intervention from our support team?
-Is it possible to limit the information that other people can see? For instance, how easy is it to have private attachments for a bug record?
-Is it possible to install a trial version over here at our site?
