Recuring Cases

A similar topic was opened back in May 2008 and we believe it would be a great use.

Every x time period a case could reopen to the primary contact.

Example, Every 6 months we want to update documentation for our servers. So a week before the due date the case is reopened to the primary contact.

I would really like to see something come of this.

This is the correct area :)

We currently don't have a feature open for this since you could create something that did this using a scheduled task in windows and the API quite easily.
