On Demand BugFogz - Public Submission page...

Hi All,

I am currently testing FogBugz and trying to customize the public submission page.  I read the following post on how to do it but I am not quite there yet.

I got as far as hitting the FogBugz page but I got an error message but not sure what caused it.  I received the following:

There was an error with your request. Please fix the problem described below and hit back to resubmit your request.
Your bug was NOT submitted. The most likely cause of this problem is that your logon session has timed out before you could submit the bug. Copy your bug data, log on again from the menu above, and resubmit your bug.

I also want to clarify the following codes found in the article:

            <label for="ixProject">Project:</label>

            <select name="ixProject" id="ixProject">

                <option value="3">Raygun</option>

The Option Value is the value for ixProject found on this link when you hover the mouse over the Area, right?

I also changed "" to what my On Demand account is.

Do I need to change anything else?

That's right.  Just make sure your action for the form says HTTPS not http... the S is important.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for the prompt reply.  I am using "https" instead of "http" and I still got the error message.

I will work on it more to see if I miss something.  :)
