I'm frustrated. With 3 clicks I can give my clients a great looking report showing my time (I use Harvest) but when they ask for a case report, I have to copy and paste from the list view and then spend 15 mins doing clean up to get a half way decent report. I must be missing something here. I have a filter with the columns that I need but how do I get a report out with Case #s and titles? Thanks.
What kind of format are you looking for? Would a CSV file for import (or data refresh) into Excel do?
