Visibility improvement of in-case entries (fix included)

Hi, we've made what we feel is an improvement to the way you can see different entries within a case.

By adding

.bugevent { border-top: 1px solid gray } .summary { background-color: #edeee5; }

to the CSS stylesheet.

For those implementing it themselves, here's the diff I got from our techie who implemented it:

This will give the summaries ("Opened by Marnix de Bil 10/23/08 15:14:44") a background color in the same grayish color as the top level Edit/Assign buttons, as well as a thin gray line. I can't seem to attach here, so you'll have to do without a screenshot I'm afraid.
