We run FogBugz at our company, and no one user is usually logged in as Administrator.
Today, whilst doing some maintenance for a Project, and therefore whilst loggged in as Administrator, I noticed that one mailbox had blocked delivery, and a day's worth of customer email had not been pulled in to the system.
Is there anyway to elect an email contact for these administrative messages, rather than living as folorn notifications in the rarely-used root Administrator interface?
That would be great - because we have independant departments, we can't have any one person working regularly in FB as Administrator. We in the IT dept also use FB to track jobs, so we can't use Administrator either. Looking forward to FB 7 - sounds like some very interesting and useful features will be included.
