I currently have 5 users in FogBugz, and the default From field on all correspondence is "FogBugz" <cases@ourAccount.fogbugz.com>. Is there a setting so that I can set it to use "Jack M." <cases@ourAccount.fogbugz.com> instead? We are a small enough organization that our employees still prefer to call IT rather then reply to an email (yeah, I know, but I can't smack them around like I want to).
Any info is greatly appreciated!
