Can Fogbugz do this?

I am curious to find out if Fogbugz can do this or not. If we have a specific list of e-mail addresses from clients that we would like to receive a higher priority than the default, is this possible to do?
Can we create a list of clients that receive an 1- ASAP Priority when they send an e-mail to our support team using Fogbugz instead of like 3 - This Week, etc?

Or is there another way to accomplish this?

Thanks!

You could set up another mailbox on your mailserver and have the first mailbox forward the messages to the second mailbox when anyone in that list is in the To: line.  Then FogBugz can check each mailbox independently and you can assign different priorities.

But no, FogBugz doesn't have a way to do this; you'd have to implement it in conjunction with your mail server.
