We recently installed FogBugz on a local server in our office to start managing Bugs and Feature requests. One of the things we'd like to be able to make estimates for is how much time we spend on weekly meetings. I'd like to set up a script for creating a new Schedule Item for us each week which will have that time estimate.
I figured I could do this with a shell script using the command line client for FogBugz, but the 'new case' feature does not appear to be present. Is there a way to autonomously create New Cases without using the URL API? I'd prefer to do so without managing any sessions. I figured that if the CLI didn't provide this feature, I should be able to add it with a script that writes straight to the SQL database.

I was possibly unclear with my message. My problem is that I am using the command line, but don't see 'new ticket' in the list of available commands. Is it possible to create a new ticket in some autonomous fashion other than using the URL api?

Sorry Clayton, I just assumed the command-line client had that functionality (and can't understand why it doesn't)!
