Cases waiting for outsiders (workers not using Fogbugz)

Any ideas on the best way to label cases that are waiting for an action by someone outside of the Fogbugz system?  It's easy for users in the system, just reassign the task to them. And here I can reassign the task to the person who should nag the outsider, but I want a way to offset it in the workflow for later followup.

I know this is just a case of me not thinking the Fogbugz way, so any help reshaping my thinking is appreciated.

I usually just use "Resolved (Waiting For Info)" for inquiries or "Resolved (Postponed)".

I assign them to a virtual user named after our vendor. Then there is an assumption that it is the project manager's responsibility to nag.
