Escalation Report: Fix For vs. Due Date

I was going to post a bug that complained of an empty Escalation Report when I clearly have bugs due to be fixed because they are assigned to a Release scheduled for today. Only then did I notice that the Escalation Reports are driven by Due Date rather than Fix For.

In my opinion, this doesn't suit the "Painless Project Management" mantra because it requires what seems like two levels of data entry and/or information management. If a case doesn't have a due date, shouldn't it be in the Escalation Report based on its Fix For date?

I would really like to see this changed.
