Title bar non-obvious; submitters often miss it

We're doing the 45-day trial of Fogbugz right now, and are going to buy when the Linux version hits stable, but there's one thing that bugs me.

On the add case page, the titlebar is indented into the page and sort of squished between the project and area drop-downs and the status information.

What that results in is cases that get entered without titles reasonably frequently, and then cases edited just to provide a title.

It's kind of minor, but making the title box more prominent, or more aligned with other common elements, or possibly putting it just above the large textarea where you actually enter the case would be possible approaches to making the software function a little more elegantly.

+1. I find a lot of users miss this, as well.

Yes, this has been one of the most common things Ive had to remind people of.

Yup. Our new users always start by filing bugs with no titles too.

If it isn't possible to make this clear enough by improving the layout, perhaps there could be an annoying warning, like a lot of email programs give you if you send an email without a subject?

Same here. Happens all the time when playing with the 45 day trial.

I've missed it myself... and in training other employees, I've witnessed them miss it as well.

I'm sure it's obvious enough that this is an issue, but I'll chime in to say "ditto".
