I would need the following features :
Some very basic CRM Features :
Possibility to record basic customer informations details (Name, Address, Phone, Address, Phone, Fax E-mail, Name of Software Purchased, Version of Software, Serial Licencene Number, Support contract renewal)
And some basic customer stats, open issues per cutomers, nbr of issues per customer ...
I've seen a few people asking for similar features and the post have always been left unanswerted.
Is it asking for too much to get basic CRM features ?
If it's what do you recommend me to handle CRM with Fogbuz ?
I'm a small shop and I really don't want to use 2 products Bug Tracking app like Fogbuz + a CRM Package,
I need one package that will handle both nicely

We have been getting several requests recently for CRM features in FogBugz, and are looking into the possibility of adding CRM functionality to FogBugz in the future.
For now, we don't have a specific recommendation as to a CRM package to use with FogBugz. FogBugz does not have any specific integration with other CRM packages. A couple customers have cobbled together email integration with SalesForce (e.g. http://our.fogbugz.com/default.asp?fogbugz.4.12499.2), and we have used GreaseMonkey to integrate FogBugz with our customer database (http://blog.fogbugz.com/Articles/2006/04/25.html), but no general solution currently exists.
