Drop down lists do not work in Safari 3 on OSX

I am having problems with FogBuz On Demand on an OSX machine. It is running Safari 3 beta and the drop down list boxes (such as project, assign to, etc) do not work at all.

Also, the submit button at the bottom of the case (OK) doesn't work either.

Safari 3 is still in beta and has a load of Javascript bugs (not just with our website) so we're waiting for them to release the production release before we look into these things.

Hmm that is frustrating as Fogbuz 5 worked fine.

THIS IS BAD. FogBugz is bordering on unusable under Safari 3, as it's impossible to correctly enter a new case. Is there an estimate for a fix?

Agreed. I know it's our own fault for using a beta version of Safari. It would be nice to see it resolved (or a workaround implemented by Fogcreek, anyway), as I would assume many OSX users are using 3.0.

In the meantime, it means having to keep Firefox readily accessible ...

I understand the frustration, but our initial investigation into making FogBugz work with the Safari 3 beta revealed so many Javascript bugs that it would be a major development effort to fix all of them.  We are assuming that when Safari 3 comes out of beta that Apple will have fixed those Javascript bugs as FogBugz works fine with Safari 2.0.4.  Rather than spend our development time on fixing bugs in Apple's beta, we have chosen to focus on fixing bugs in our own code.
