Auto Responding to Self

Is there a way to not have the auto responder sent out when the senders email address is the same as that of the mail box?

The reason I ask this is spammers are using one of our addresses (the spam does not orignate from us though),  and then we get the autoresponder come back in... causing us a lot of extra work every day.

That sounds like a decent check to make.  I'll see if we can add it (you can modify the source to do this pretty easily).

If you set the incoming SPAM emails to be SPAM, after a while they should start to be classed as SPAM properly and no auto-responder will be sent out.

You have to have auto-sort turned on for the inbox.

It can take a little while, FogBugz need to have been trained with a certain number of good and bad emails. Be sure to set good emails in the Undecided area to be Not-SPAM or another area you've created in the project that means they are not SPAM.

We do classify them as spam, we've been using fogbugz for several years, however it seems spam is getting through a lot more than it used to (I amd seeing the same increase in spam getting through in thunderbird).
