Escalation Report, Strange characters appear

Following is a copy-and-paste from the email body of escalation report. I use Greek characters for some texts and if memory serves well, I had no such problem with previous version.
I now use version 6.0.25 (DB 612).

That's odd.  I don't know of any reason why the escalation reports should no longer work with international characters.  Which operating system and database are you using?  And what language do you currently have selected in your user options?

Windows XP SP2 English w/ Regional settings to Greece.
Database set to Access (Office 2007 in case it matters).
FogBugz language is set to English.

Notification emails display correctly in Greek. I never had this problem with previous version. I could forward an escalation email if you wish.

I have no problem changing to MSDE2000 in case Access version matters.

Hi Angelo,

Yes, why don't you send us a copy of the malformed escalation report at customer-service@fogcreek.com?  Also, please send us the text from one of the case headers - that way we can generate a case like that here, and see if we can get a reproduction case.

Thanks!
