Buying more than 1 year of support? Price tendency?

In the shop there is a combobox where I can choose
- 1 year support contract
- no support contract

Why is there not also 2, 3, 4 and 5 (=maximum) years of support listed?

Do I have to and can I buy that later?

Also I have a question about the discount until Nov 1st:

Is that the real old price and is it simply that FogBugz will become more expensive because of more features?
Or is it a real temporary discount?

I try to get an idea about the price development of FogBugz, will it get more expensive in the future again?

If I buy 10 uers and 3 years of support add a new user after Nov 1st, will I have to pay 199$ + 10 cent *365* 3?

There should be.  It's a bug, but if you place your order, you can then place another one off your receipt to extend the support contract.

"Do I have to and can I buy that later?"

Support is optional and you can buy it later (however you will have to pay for back support as if you bought it when you first purchased).  Support entitles you to all upgrades at no extra cost.

It's a temporary discount.  FogBugz 6 prices have gone up but we're still selling it at the old 5.0 prices until Nov. 1.

"I try to get an idea about the price development of FogBugz, will it get more expensive in the future again?"

Sure, that's always possible.  But we give everyone a big warning period so they can buy it at the current price, before the prices go up.

Almost.  That would be the price of a single user with 3 years of support.  For ten users it would be $1899 + (10 users * .10 cents per user * 365 * 3).
