This might have been mentioned before, so it could be that I just don't know how to use the product. But it'd be nice to very easily change priorities, ie. someone suggested drag-drop. So far adding new cases is very easy, but after adding new cases (say days later) it's hard to re-prioritize (too many clicks!).
Right now, I want to use fogbugz but I find myself going back to pen and paper sometimes, in terms of tracking simple/small new features to develop. (Like a punch list management).
