Report for Public Submissions

Hi

Is there any report or any way the community users can see the list of all issues submitted for a particular project.

If the ticket number was added to the cases then we could get a HTML report in excel and the community user could track the issue with ticket number

We're currently thinking about better ways to have community users work with cases. Thanks for the input.

Hi Cheryl-
There is a plugin called Community Case List that allows a permissioned community user to see all publicly submitted cases in a group for which he is permissioned. Is that what you are asking for, or are your requirements different?
