Is there any report or any way the community users can see the list of all issues submitted for a particular project.
If the ticket number was added to the cases then we could get a HTML report in excel and the community user could track the issue with ticket number
There is a plugin called Community Case List that allows a permissioned community user to see all publicly submitted cases in a group for which he is permissioned. Is that what you are asking for, or are your requirements different?
