Selectively disable automatic replies

Good day,

I have a voice mail system that I've configured to forward received messages from our Help Desk phone to the Help Desk mailbox. Which then gets sent to my FogBugz On Demand account.  Sadly, I am unable to configure the voice mail system to properly integrate with my overall email system so I have no way to deliver emailed replies (such as "we've received your message; here is your case") back to the voice mail server.

So, I'd rather like an option to specify that certain correspondents are not to receive automated replies when they send an email that creates a case.

We're not likely to make this change soon, so the best workaround is to create a new email address and mailbox for this purpose (voicemail@ for instance) and configure FogBugz to not auto-reply for that mailbox.  Hope this helps.

Hi, for some reason I was under the impression that I only had one mailbox available to me as an On Demand customer.  I'll have to start looking through your release notes to see if this changed at some point since I started using your service.

You can set up a POP3 or (now) IMAP mailbox outside FogBugz for this purpose.
