One of our customers has e-mailed many cases. In their Your Cases list, for some cases the title is shown empty.
I suspect that's because they have never seen the current title (because we have changed it, or because we created a case and entered them as correspondent), so FogBugz hides it. Is that it?
Personally I would prefer to just show the title, or at least the original title the customer has seen.
