Custom "Description" field and email notifications

I noticed that there's a major drawback with having a custom "Description" field for cases,  unfortunately. The contents of that field does not get emailed to the assignee when the case is opened.

Is there any way to get it included into the notification email? If not, is there any hope that NB will have an editable case description field in the forseeable future?

There are a number of ways that custom fields do not integrate with the rest of FogBugz as fully as the standard fields do.  We have plans to address this, but nothing is likely to happen in the immediate short term.
