How we can find bugs that has been resolved for some release.

I am using XML API version3.0 to execute commands on fogbugz. I want to query all the bugs that are fixed for release 1.
My search URL looks like
http:/Myfogbugs.com/api.asp?token=BLYXANELUVGRKQSYPHFCTCMTNDEG15&cmd=search&ixFixFor=1&cols=sTitle,sStatus,ixFixFor

This is not working and this gives me static bugs for different ixFixFor values.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

You want to do something like

cmd=search&q="fixfor:therelease"

cmd=search takes a parameter called "q" which stands for query, or whatever your search is.  In this case, it's best to figure out the search in the FogBugz UI and get that to work, and then just use the same string as the q parameter when using the API.
