Ability to create recurring cases?

Is there a way to create recurring cases in FB?

(We are using the hosted version - so must be latest.)

I thought I already replied, but perhaps not.

So, no, I am not looking for a case cloner, rather a capability to create a case, such as "Change FogBugz batteries", and once a case is closed, a new instance of the case gets created due x days in future.

(Btw, thanks Michael - I downloaded your Windows app, and it is cool.) Our resident FB guru thanks you, she will be using that app, although not for the recurring cases - we are still on the hunt for that.

Set up a scheduled task in windows to hit the API with the correct details and you can create a task that way.  Essentially once you've figured out what you want the case to look like, you can create a long url that hits the API and does that... Enter that as a scheduled task and you have a recurring case.

If you're looking at event-driven, rather than clock-driven recurrence, take a look at the URL Trigger plugin (installed FogBugz only).

You can set a case close to trigger an event to a script that will open a new case that's due a week from the close date.
