I have an issue with email notifications not been sent to a primary Contcat for an Area within a Project.
In this case,
Project A has a primary contact of Person A.
Within that project there are several Areas, in this example call it
Area 1 which has a primary contact of Person 2.
When a user, licenced or otherwise, raises a bug, and assigns it to Area 1 within Project A, neither Primary Contact (Person 1 or 2) receives an email notification.
The bug is raised and a notification is sent to the person who raised the bug. The bug states it was assigned to Person 2 by person 1. This is automatic.
Can anyone help me with how Person 1 or person 2 would get an email notification that a bug has been assigned to them?
