Greater visibility for int. users / Community Case List 1.0.0.2.

I am currently using the Community Case List plugin 1.0.0.2 to create greater visibility/awareness for our internal user-group regarding the software that they're using.

This plugin is great in the fact that it provides a list of all open cases to a defined group of community users.

Our internal user-group(employees of same company that our developer group are a part of), are limited by the fact that they can not view the case notes, or sometimes even the text that opens the case.  The latter of which appears to be defined by the domain that opens the case(if it is opened through e-mail via the same domain as our internal community users, they can see the opening communique), but confirmation of this assumption on my part would be great.

Is there anyway to allow read access of all case notes via this plug-in, another plug-in, or a setting change within FB to a defined group of commmunity users?  In this case the defined group of community users is those of the same e-mail domain as I am i.e. fellow employees.

Any advice or feedback is appreciated.

If you go to the Admin->Plugins page you should be able to click a link to contact the author of the plugin who may be of more assistance.  This plugin was written by "Sirius Technologies AG"
