I'm missing the dotted outline border around links

I work with FF3 exclusively and often have to browser to very long list of cases, cherry picking cases as I need them. I middle-click to open them in a new tab, sometimes I open a view cases, work on them, close the tabs.

Basically I return to my original list view, which still contains the unmodified case list (which is fine for me, even when I closed cases, etc.), however I'm doing hard finding the actual last case I opened from there to continue through the list.

I investigated why I'm doing hard here and realized that I'm missing the dotted outline of borders around links which usually show up in FF when I click on a link (mostly only visible when opening a link in new tab and the original page stays).

It's also not possible to simply drag/drop links into tabs or other browser windows, probably because of the JS magic behind, but that's a minor annoyance.

Anyway, would be great if there's a way to restore the dotted outlines around links when clicked ...

thanks,
- Markus

Are you on FireFox 3.5?  We've seen some odd behavior with that.

Also, what bugged me already for some time: in the list view, I can't "select text", e.g. from the Title column, because the events are captured for selecting the whole row.

I often work preparing lists and needed to copy selectively titles out of it (email, report, whatever) and I just can't ... :-(

I've created a case for the engineers for the first.  I don't think there's a way around the second except doing a quick export to CSV.

FWIW, I feel your pain.  I have a hard time selecting the case number on case pages because it's link.

Or, you could interrupt some of our Javascript magic with greasemonkey.
