Dealing with Delivery Status Notification Failures

Every few days we will get 2-20 spam entries via email. An then we get entries stating Delivery Status Notification (failure) since the email recipient in many cases does not exist of their gmail/yahoo/etc. account has been shutdown.

What are some steps folks do to deal with this? The failure entry shows:
Email not sorted automatically - training in progress 8/29/2009 7:26 PM
Remains in 'Undecided' area.
Will this training help?

We created an area and then sort them to the area (we call it zNotifications so it appears at the bottom always).

You could just spaminate them if you truly want them to be considered spam (and future did not deliver) but we look at ours to figure out what happened.

We don't spam the bounces because sometimes they demand action and demand a cursory glance at least.
